I'm so excited! Not only because my harness and other items shipped but because I added a good chapter to a new story I'm working on. It was really because my isp was upgrading it's system. In between surfing on my phone I actually used something else on my laptop other than the web browser and media center lol. I'm excited about the progress and direction of the story and that I was able to flesh out some details I hit a roadblock on before.
Kay is doing well, still occasionally on pain meds :-( which makes my heart ache, but back at work and being her usual determined self.
My trip to the states has been postponed a week and I'm lamenting some of the sales I wanted to catch, but they might still have items on sale I'm looking for. The upside is that when I get back, it will be in time to go see Kay like right on Valentines Day. She'll be my first female Valentine. The Man and I never celebrate it anyway, or any other holiday for the matter, even anniversaries lol.
Anywho, hope to post some of the story after I've got a few chapters completed that I'm happy with.

Alix-I'm thinking of ways to make it special...her birthday is some days after which makes it a little more challenging.
ReplyDeleteSimone-Thanks a mil! I was so focused on her birthday that I overlooked V day to be honest. She's mentioned V day at least once in such a way that lets me know she might be placing more significance on it over her birthday.
