And it's not Kay. We've been married a little while now and have yet to consummate the union...although I doubt that's happening in the next millennium. She's a good wife though and takes good care of the kids.
Actually she's my husband's second. wife...and by extension mine lol. I'll call her Justice for reasons unnamed. Justice and I get along very well, coordinate our time with The Man (I'd happily give it all up) and the children, and consult on certain things. I've mentioned her briefly in another post and said I'd explain later. I was due, and still am to go off the university in another city here. The agreement between The Man and I was for me to school and find myself (ie explore) because I married young and had children well before planned, and back to back at that. While at school, I would not be having children because I've gotten horribly sick all through both of my pregnancies and would not be able to function in school. He wants lots of children. See where this is going?
The agreement was that he'd take a second wife because in four years he could have a couple children, and it's legal here as well as religiously allowed. Many people thought I was nuts to agree, but it didn't and still doesn't bother me...not in the least.
Did I mention Kay proposed to me when she was here on Friday? ....
More later.

ReplyDeleteI honestly think I jinxed myself once I wrote this post. The same evening I posted this we had to sit down to have a family meeting. It sucked and I found that I may not even being off to school which obliterates the whole reason for the second marriage in the first place. And I felt duped and a bit cheated.
And lately I've found Justice to be a little childish in the way she expresses whatever to him concerning me (tattling) instead of coming to me directly. That's just childish and I'm not that scary.
