I am So Excited! In between losing myself in the lives of the l word characters, I felt myself slipping...and feeling so down. I tried to stay upbeat but couldn't pretend to smile anymore and ended up often staring into space or drifting off to sleep for no apparent reason. Even at this distance, eight hour drive or 45 minutes by air, my girlfriend was feeling me. And then she said words I'm still having trouble believing...
Sure you guessed right? Yaaaay!

ReplyDeleteNoo silly! She said she's coming to see me! And she just got in today, we spent a handful of hours together...alone for half of it. It. Was. Awesome! I've missed her so friggin much, I'm still just shocked she's in the same town, was shocked the whole time really. She will be here until Friday morning, so there's all of tomorrow.
